Tour Conditions

• If the number of customers is less than four, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and inform you 30 days before departure.
• If we decide to cancel the tour, you have the option to receive a full refund or accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable value from us, if available.  (We will refund any price difference if the alternative is of lower value) 
• If you choose a more expensive alternative, you are required to pay the difference.

Single supplement option

If you wish to stay in a single room, we will quote a single supplement charge.

Payment

• Payment will be accepted by credit card or bank transfer.
• For those who make a reservation  more than 90 days prior to the departure date, full payment will be completed 90 days prior to departure date.
  
  *For those who make a reservation within the 90 days prior to the departure date, full payment is required within seven days of making a reservation.
  
  A) Credit card
  The automatic credit card payment system on our website is under construction.
  Please submit your credit card information by telephone for security reasons. Our telephone number is +81-3-3500-4819.
  
  B) Bank Transfer
  If you choose to wire your payment, please wire the amount and bank handling fees to the following bank account.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation occurs within 29 business days or less prior to departure: Customer responsible for 100% of tour charges.
